Nourish - Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of the Nourish iOS application. By using Nourish you agree to them. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

1. Not Medical Advice: Nourish estimates the protein density of foods by reading nutrition labels and shows guidance based on published nutrition research. It is an informational tool, not a medical device — it does not diagnose or treat any condition, and its daily targets are general estimates. Consult a qualified professional before making significant dietary changes.
2. Accuracy: Label scanning happens on-device and is designed to be conservative, but misreads are possible (damaged labels, unusual layouts, non-standard units). Always double-check values that matter to you against the printed label.
3. Subscription: Nourish Premium is a weekly auto-renewing subscription purchased through your Apple ID. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase. If a free trial is offered and you're eligible, it converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period — manage or cancel any time in your App Store settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policies.
4. Acceptable Use: Don't attempt to circumvent subscription checks, reverse-engineer the app beyond what applicable law permits, or use it in a way that violates law or Apple's terms.
5. As-Is Service: Nourish is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for damages arising from use of the app, including decisions made based on its estimates.
6. Changes: These terms may be updated for future versions; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
